Initiate Your Request
Log into your HART Sport account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
